Recruitment Process

Moors Protection Services strives to create a recruitment process that is ethical, clear and transparent. Our approach ensures you comprehend the significance of your application and what is expected of you throughout all stages of the Recruitment Process.

Application and Screening

Once making an online application via our Career Opportunities page (coming soon) or the job advertised in response to a specific vacancy or as a general expression of interest, you will receive an automated response or reply from the admin personal advising you that your interest has been received.

You would then be contacted to fill in the application form and forward all the relevant documentations which shows your credentials, references, training and professional certificates.

If your application meets our criteria, you will be contacted for a brief telephone screening. This is an informal discussion enabling us to better understand your motivations, competencies and career aspirations. If your expression of interest has not been successful you will receive an email communicating this.

Interviews

If you have been successful at the application stage, you will be invited in for an interview with the recruitment consultant and the hiring manager. This interview will comprise both behavioral- based and technical questions. We recommend you plan for this interview by preparing some real-life scenarios that will enable us to assess your key competencies. This is also an opportunity for you to ask questions to better understand the opportunities available within Moors Protection Services.

ASSESSMENTS

As part of our process, you will be asked to undertake a Personality Questionnaire and, in most cases, an abilities assessment.

To complete the full assessment you should allow 2 hours.

REFERENCE CHECKS

Moors Protection Services requires at minimum one work related referees to be provided to the recruitment consultant to obtain a verbal account of your work and related performance.

OFFER

If successful, a verbal offer of employment will be made. Upon acceptance a formal contract, along with important information about working at Moors Protection Services, will be sent out to you.

We endeavor to personalize this process as much as possible. If you have been unsuccessful throughout any part of the process you will be contacted personally. If however you are not contactable, you will be notified via email.

We acknowledge that this process can seem quite lengthy however we appreciate how important it is not only to us to ensure we have made the right recruitment decision, but to also ensure that you have had every opportunity to assess that we are the right company for you.
